Ningee Bush Foods grow Australian Bush Foods and chemical free garlic. They make salt mixes and teas that are all processed sustainably.
Ningee will be joining us this Saturday 13th of March at the Bungendore Farmers Market Community Stall. On offer they will have:
Native Salt & Pepper : A blend of Old Man Salt Bush, Mountain Pepper and Australian Sea salt. Use as you would normal salt & pepper.
Garlic Salt with Mountain Pepper : A blend of Dehydrated Garlic, Mountain Pepper and Australian Sea Salt. Use for that added burst of flavour in all your cooking.
Garlic Salt with Mountain Pepper & Rosemary : A blend of Dehydrated Garlic, Mountain Pepper, Rosemary & Australian Sea Salt. Use as a rub on meat, or just adding more flavour in all cooking.
Lemon Ningee Tea : A blend of Lemon Myrtle, Dandelion, Mountain Pepper & Rosemary. Lemon Flavour, full of antioxidants and supports healthy digestion.
Strawberry Ningee Tea : A blend of Strawberry Gum, Dandelion, Mountain Pepper & Rosemary. Strawberry Flavour, full of antioxidants and supports health digestion.
Lemon Myrtle Spice Mix : A blend of Lemon Myrtle, Mountain Pepperleaf, Garlic & Australian Sea Salt. Use with Chicken or Fish. Rub into meat or add to white sauces.
