PUBLIC PLANNING MEETING FOR BUNGENDORE HARVEST FESTIVAL 2019

Sunday 10th of February at 3pm in the beer garden of the Royal Hotel, Gibraltar St. Bungendore
This great event is moving into it’s third year in Bungendore and should be bigger and better than the last two. We have heaps of ideas for the coming festival that link in deeper with local food, production and business. This year we are looking for a fully interactive festival that showcases the area’s amazing food, wine, fibre, production and the small businesses and farms that work so hard to bring it all to the public.
Ideas so far include:
- Community Harvest Lunch
- Cooking classes and demonstrations
- Wine appreciation classes
- Sheep/alpaca shearing, fleece classing
- Beer/cider brewing and tasting
- Pruning workshops
- Seed saving
- Mixer masterclass
- Felting classes
- Butchery workshops
- Cheese making
- Food debates
- And more……….
