Calling foodie entrepreneurs and coffee connoisseurs: have you been seeking the perfect space to transform your cafe dreams into reality? Start getting your orders ready because we’ve got the spot for you.
The National Film and Sound Archive (NFSA) is seeking an enthusiastic operator for its self-contained coffee shop in Acton, to provide a limited yet exciting range of food and drinks for NFSA staff and the general public, weekdays 9.00am–4.00pm. They receive approximately 15,000 visitors per year, with 120 staff working on-site.
The space is ideal for either a small start-up wishing to launch a business with limited overheads, or an established provider wanting to expand their operations in one of Canberra’s hottest suburbs – at the edge of the ANU, and metres away from New Acton.
They’re offering attractive commercial terms for an initial period of 12 months (with the possibility of an extension), commencing February 2017. Event catering and venue hire opportunities will also be available to the licensee. Inspections are available.
