Think peace, think bird calls, think wide and wild pasture land in the NSW Southern Tablelands. That’s our slice of paradise in Windellama about 40 minutes from Goulburn.
As a certified organic farm for over 25 years, we’re proud to maintain guardianship of the land, the native wildlife and plant habitat. We believe in working with and not against nature. It’s how we grow & make natural, ethical, beautiful things. From the ground up.
We’d like to share what we’ve grown, made and learned with you.
In 2009 we moved to the 100 acre farm, to escape the chaos of Sydney. It’s been a steep learning curve, but the serenity, the wildlife and the wild beauty of the land has brought us both pleasure and adventure. Since then, we’ve raised caravan loads of happy chooks, who’ve given us lovely eggs and companionship. We’ve grown tasty tomatoes, bountiful fruit, vegetables and made scrumptious jams, pickles, finishing vinegars and condiments. We’ve hosted many, many wonderful, young, travelling WWOOFers (Willing Workers on Organic Farms) from countries all around the world. Japan, Korea, Germany, Italy, UK, France, China and Switzerland. It was a privilege then and it is still a joy to keep in touch with them as the years go by.
More recently, Lyn has used her background in Herbal Medicine to make delicious organic teas and natural skin creams and healing balms using extracts made from our garden herbs, weeds and flowers.
