Harvest Launch 2022

We are offering thorough guidance on poultry processing in a conscious, participatory manner in a small group. We will spend time with the turkeys, moving them onto their next patch and connecting to how they are living. We will take time to investigate our worries and each of our reasons for being involved in this process. We will explain why and how we choose to process our animals in detail before slaughtering, plucking and eviscerating a turkey or two who were born and raised here. You are invited to be hands on in this learning, helping to pluck the turkey and more if you choose.
