SCRUMPERS GARDEN – Heritage Long Lunch – Lebanese Family Feast

When thinking about the theme this year for Harvest Festival, I came up with so many big ideas around Heritage Food and Farming that could be integrated into our annual Harvest long lunch. However, I eventually settled on the one most meaningful to me, my own family heritage. I am first generation Lebanese and grew up at my grandmother’s knee, growing and cooking seasonal food. I learnt from my mother and even traveled to visit family in Lebanon. I am fortunate to have this rich food heritage and would love to share it with you in a Lebanese family feast for Harvest Festival Long Lunch. Cooking with me for this event will be my mother and daughter, three generations of women from one family, all with a passion for amazing food and local seasonal eating.

Sunday 10th of April, 1230pm. Adult tickets include a glass of wine for $45, children 12 years ad under $20.

• Three courses of amazing locally grown and produced food – Cooked for you by Scrumpers Garden and Family
• One glass of Sapling Yard Wine or non-alcoholic beverage, plus Carla from Sapling ard will be pouring your drinks and providing a stall for you to taste and purchase more
• Live music from Ain’t Misbehavin’. Local viola and guitar duo playing an eclectic easy-listening mix.
