MILLPOST Permaculture Farm Tour
Experience over 40 years of broad-scale permaculture on this 150 year old sheep farm with Historic Homestead. Millpost has a whole farm plan that includes superfine Merino wool sheep, direct seeded shelter belts, deciduous tree plantings, vegetable and fruit gardens, poultry, worm farms, compost toilet, tree nursery, cob wall glasshouse and mud brick dwellings. Millpost Merino is a multigenerational farm business that currently retails superfine yarn, ethically and regeneratively grown and milled in Australian and New Zealand. Morning tea will be included and is provided by the Cork St. Cafe. There will be garlic, trees, books and yarn for sale.
Sunday 16th of April, 9am-1230pm. $35 per person, includes morning tea, $20 for children 12 years or under, children under 3 years free.
