A weekend of workshops with Scrumpers Garden

Learn to time honored traditions and techniques of food preserving through fermentation, cooking with acid and sugar, dehydration, curing, drying and air exclusion. Learn how to store almost any food long term without a fridge or freezer. These workshops will set you on the path to transform your summer and autumn harvest into a winter feast.

Workshops will be held over two days, 19-20 August, in a stunning location, on the banks of Lake George, all meals and accommodation included.

When: Arrive for dinner and introductions 5pm on August 18th. Two full days of workshops August 19th and 20th 9am-5pm.
