The streets of Bungendore will come alive this Saturday with the Harvest Festival. Over 30 stalls will be positioned along Ellendon Street on Saturday featuring local food, fibre and farming in the area. There will be entertainment throughout the day including the Bungendore Community Choir, Irish Dancing and the Broken Arrows. Face painting and balloon twisting will be available for children at the Village Square.

A series of demonstrations and talks will be held throughout the day at The Carrington Inn, as well as at various stalls in Ellendon Street. The Harvest Festival Dachshund Fashion Parade and street walk looks to be a highlight. There will be guessing competitions and auctions – with Mulloon Creek Natural Farm offering up a goat – yes, that’s right, a goat!

Grab your friends, family and children and get dressed in your harvest best.
