Step into the circle and discover just how much fun a hula hoop can be! Learn to spin, twirl and weave the hoop around your body as you explore playful tricks, movement and plenty of laughter. Whether you’re picking up a hoop for the first time or rediscovering a childhood favourite, this upbeat workshop will have you smiling, moving and warming up from the inside out. Suitable for all ages and abilities. No experience needed.
When: Saturday 18 July, 1:30pm – 2:30pm
Where: Aerial Sports, Building 2,G.05, 1 Dairy Road, Fyshwick
Costs: Adults: $25, Kids $20
What to Wear: Close fitting clothes you can move comfortably in. Yoga clothing & most active wear will suit. Layers, it is cold in the studio, but you will warm up as you go.
