Festival Market will be held at the Bungendore Farmer’s Market site on the corner of Butmaroo and Gibraltar St Bungendore

Stallholder applications open for local food or farming focused business, demonstrations, info stalls from community organisations, harvest themed activities, non-food businesses/organisations promoting food and agriculture related products and services.

Prana Produce

is about the collective – providing “REAL food and REAL products for REAL people.” Carrots to lasagna, beeswax wraps to moisturiser bars – products are hand made, picked and nurtured. Our range is nutritious and healthy, chemical free devoid of cheap fillers and nasty additives, ethically sourced and carefully prepared – filled with prana to bring more prana! Stall offerings include muesli, chai, bliss balls, beeswax wraps, moisturiser bars, soap, shampoo, and a few surprises

Cannoli Brothers 

Cannoli is our thing! Locally hand made, using the best ingredients, and natural local fruit flavours . Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free and Gluten Intolerant available. Creations include: The Blonde Italian with vermouth, rich dark chocolate & fresh orange oil crema; The Dark Italian with fresh ground cinnamon, Marsala, vanilla crema and a hint of fresh lemon; The Ice cream Cannoli, a buttermilk ice cream filled Cannoli delight: The Savoury Italian, salted and spiced with a savoury fillings; The Gluten Free Goddess is our signature GF Cannoli shell using finest fresh milled seeds; Sfogliatelle is our fresh “Sfogs”, layered crisp pastries filled with a sweetened semolina crema with a hint of citron.

Riverbourne Distillery

Founded in 2015, is a boutique distillery based in Jingera, New South Wales, (just south of Captains Flat).  Head Distiller, Martin Pye, runs a two person show, mashing, fermenting, distilling and ageing his range of boutique whiskies and rums with the utmost attention to detail, while his wife Eileen does the bottling, labelling, paperwork and distribution.Available for sale and tasting will be Single Malt Whisky, Wild Rye Whisky, Peated Whisky, Rum, Special release Rum, Spiced Rum, Apple Brandy, and Gin.

Corang Estate

is an award-winning wine producer in the NSW Southern Tablelands with a range of premium cool climate wines. Excitingly, at the Festival they will be launching their new release Reserve Selection Canberra District 2019 Shiraz. This wine has already bagged a number of awards, including a gold medal at the 2020 NSW Wine Awards. Be first to taste this fabulous shiraz! Jill and Michael will also be taking pre-orders for their soon to be released 2021 vintage.

Idyllic Hills Wines

Family owned and operated Premium Boutique Wine producers – wholly grown in Canberra District on our vineyard. Our stall will include free wine tasting and sale of wines by the bottle. Varieties include Merlot, Shiraz, Shiraz-Viognier blend and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Hazelwood Farm

Growers of quality, chemical free produce, specialising in cold climate vegetables and fruits. Their stall will feature freshly squeezed and refreshing fruit juices.

Mamma Rita’s Farm

is a hobby farm run by Reg and Rita. They believe in growing our fruit and vegetables without the use of harmful chemicals and picking fruit tree-ripened.

Stall will feature fruit and vegetables, jams, preserves, juice, vinegars, herbs, seedlings, and garden tools.

Greenhill Farm

A certified biodynamic farm, ethically producing high quality, 100% grass-fed biodynamic/organic beef and veggies. Our beef is sustainably produced and cruelty free. We treat our cattle with kindness and respect and strongly believe in stress-free cattle management. Every stage of the process is carefully managed, from the soils that grow the pasture to how our beef is handled and prepared. Using the same biodynamic methods, we also produce seasonal vegetables and strawberries. We care about the environment and practice sustainable farming by planting thousands of trees, fencing off areas of bushland to regenerate and increasing the carbon content of the soil with various management methods.

Dewsburys Free Range Pork

are a free range stud, specialising in purebreeding the rare Duroc and Hampshire pigs which in turn produces the highest quality and delicious pork. Their market stall will feature a delicious selection of purebred, free range pork products and they’ll also be cooking up their famous sausage sandwiches for your onsite enjoyment.

Roogulli Farm 

is a small family farm producing mixed fruit and vegetables and breeding  sheep. specialise in a wide variety of food and farming products and activities. The sustainable landscape design for the Roogulli Farm gardens has won a number of national awards and been featured in magazines and a book. They breed Babydoll Southdown sheep, grow vegetables, research wicking beds , and provide tasty coffee and catering services. Available at the festival will be hot drinks and cakes, veggies and jams.

Bees R Us

have bees that live a happy life foraging and collecting nectar from the flowers around the forests and farm lands of Braidwood, NSW. They sell honey, bee keeping equipment, beeswax and other products made with honey and beeswax. Their stall will feature Honey, Creamed Honey, Honey Comb, Hand Cream, Face Wash, Lip Balm, Honey and Lemon Cider, Wax Wraps, Soap and Shampoo Bars, Beeswax, Candles, Furniture Polish, Leather Rejuvenater,

Branch & Burrow

are our newest Southern Harvest member. They started producing their own pasture raised meat and eggs to feed their family. Nutritious, great tasting food, slow grown, raised on pasture, with farming practises that aim to rehabilitate and regenerate the landscape. Now they are excited to be able to offer this produce to the local community, straight from their small family farm just out of Braidwood. At the market they will be providing you with information about their products and taking preorders for their soon to be available pasture reared birds.

From the Paddock

is a producer of organically grown fruits, vegetables and flowers. At the festival they will be selling fruit, vegetable and flowers, as well as running flower arranging workshops from their stall. Drop in any time through the day and make up your own wonderful bouquet of garden grown, chemical free flowers.

Millpost Merino

create Australian Superfine Merino Yarn. Their products are ethically and regeneratively grown, spun and dyed here in Australia and New Zealand. Millpost is a Permaculture managed property on the Southern Tablelands of NSW since 1979.


is a small alpaca stud breeding fine quality alpacas for yarn and value added handmade garments. All yarn is grown and milled locally and available in a myriad of natural colours. Available at the Festival will be a variety of alpaca yarn as well as handmade alpaca yarn and fibre clothing, toys and jewellery.

Flat Out Produce

Flat Out Produce handcrafts unique infused olive oils from local ingredients. Thanks to a wonderful partnership and collaboration with the olive grower Aminya Grove in Captains Flat, we have access to the most wonderful, certified organic extra virgin olive oil as the base of all infusions. Flat Out Produce is also proud to sell Aminya Grove’s extra virgin olive oil under the Olimia Estate label, on behalf of the grower. Flat Out Produce also sells olive tea including blends using a range of herbs and native ingredients. Available at the festival will be infused olive oils; Olimia Estate extra virgin olive oil; olive leaf tea and blended olive leaf tea.

Village Coffee Roastery

is a locally focused roaster in Bungendore, NSW, roasting speciality level, ethically sourced, micro-batches of coffee. Available to sample at the festival from the Roogulli coffee stall and fresh roasted beans in a variety of sizes to take home. There will be Brazilian Samba, Timor Leste, and an espresso blend DECAF.

Hropic’s Sustainable Seafood

Seven generations of the Hropic family have lived and fished in Batemans Bay on the NSW south coast for over 50 years, with a proud history of responsibly harvesting and supplying local sustainable seafood. Offerings at the festival market will include fresh seafood to take away and cook yourself and amazing, cooked to order, fish and chips, calamari, home made potato scallops and sauces.

An Alternative Life Learning Centre

is a mixed farming and sustainability education centre. Offering at the festival will include: gourmet salads and soups made from farm produce; herbal bath teas; fresh produce such as figs, limes, tomatoes, spinach, herbs; food trees and plants; and promotional material about the learning centre tours and workshops.

Sapling Yard Wines

Handcrafted boutique wines made at Lake George. Available at the Festival will be the 2018 Entrechat Sparkling Chardonnay/Pinot Noir, 2019 The Four Pinots, and the 2019 Shiraz Viogner.

The Chameleon Icecreamery

The Chameleon Icecreamery is a mobile ice-cream van specialising in homemade boutique ice-cream, utilising amazing local ingredients. Available at the Festival The Chameleon Icecreamery will have ice-cream, sorbet, gelati and milkshakes.

Gruber Honey

Based in Burra, Gruber Honey have hives in Bungendore to Carwoola. As well as a variety of local honeys available at the  festival stall, they will also have home grown fruit and vegetables such as spinach, apples and maybe tomatoes and garlic.

Canberaised Garden Beds

Our mission is to expand the use of wicking beds and planters in the ACT region. We make self-watering indoor and outdoor planters and garden beds locally from sustainable materials. Available at the Festival will be our HerbSavers and PlantGrowers (self-watering indoor planters) and BalconyBeds and PatioPlanters (outdoor wicking planters) — made locally in Canberra, and where planted out we use only local propagators and growers. We will also have some locally propagated plants.

Canberaised will be also be running introductory wicking bed workshops at from their stall at 10am 1130am and 1pm.

Jordan’s Plants

Locally grown, seasonal and adapted to the climate here, Jordan grows a range of vegetable seedlings and potted plants for indoor and out. A regular at our Saturday markets in Bungendore, Jordan also offers a range of fruits and vegetables grown in his own garden in Queanbeyan.

Spectral Forest Jewellery

All materials are foraged and preserved by me. Each piece is completely unique! I’m a full time Mother and this is my creative outlet. Available at the Festival will be resin jewellery using flowers and leaves foraged in Canberra.

Adam’s Patisserie

create a range of delectable Mediterranean cakes, breads and pastries in their bakery in Canberra and regularly join our market here in Bungendore. Offerings for the festival will include Turkish bread, Baklava, cakes, biscuits and pastries.



From 10am-2pm, come and try your hand at good old fashioned scarecrow making. Phil’s Emporium and Op Shop will be happy to lend you a hand to stuff and dress your scarecrow with pre-loved Fashion and lots of Hay! There will also be a jumping castle for the younger folk to burn off a bit of that harvest energy.


Come along any time throughout the day to the From the Paddock stall and create your own arrangement of stunning seasonal, chemical free, garden grown flowers. Elisa has a great talent for arranging and will be able to give you hints and tips for putting together the perfect bunch.


Learn about self-watering/ wicking beds, and perhaps putting one together yourself. During this 1-hour introductory workshop you will get a thorough overview of what wicking beds are, the different ways and materials for building them, and the best sources of supplies locally to put one together, or to buy a pre-made one. You will get a chance to get your questions answered after the workshop, and some examples of wicking beds will be on display for you to get a hands-on feel for what they are all about. Workshops will run at 10am, 1130am and 1pm at the Canberaised Stall.
