Hold Fast Distillery – Braidwood distillery based in the Historic Braidwood Hotel, making nautically inspired gins, vodka and whisky. Enjoy warming winter cocktails!
Unscripted Fermentation – Kombucha, sodas and cold brew coffee, along with creative condiments and hot sauces!
