The Dumpling Diplomat – four types of aromatic Nepalese inspired dumplings – chicken, pork, beef and veg, with your choice of sauce,
Canan Turkish Gozleme – the authentic taste of traditional Turkish street food in the heart of Canberra. Our specialty is fresh, handmade gözleme.
Tornado Potatoes – experts in crafting delectable Potato Twists

Hold Fast Distillery – Braidwood distillery based out of the Historic Braidwood Hotel, making nautically inspired gins, vodka and whisky. For Winter Festival Bonfire Night they will be treating you with warming winter cocktails!
Nine Circles Distillery – this Pambula based distillery will be whipping up some fancy little cocktails with their craft gin, vodka, and whisky. Bottle sales also available on the night.
Ambrosia Distillery – based at Dairy Road, Ambrosia will be wheeling out their mobile cocktail trailer and mixing up winter hot toddies, mixed drinks and boozy hot chocolates.
Vino Friendo – Italian style, Canberra made, for Friends and Friendos. Sustainably made minimal intervention wines
Everyday Legacy Craft Distillery – Amazing gin and liquor for your to taste and a beautiful hot cocktail on offer.
