Celebrate seasonal produce at the Dairy Road Winter Market.
Explore the best of cold climate produce. Fine foods (such as truffles, wine, garlic, olives and much more), and the Cellar Door wine market will be inside The Vault, beside garden of food trucks. Like a chef’s market, you’ll have direct access to premium and rare goods from the region as well as delicious ready-to-eat goodies. Seasonal producers will be selling winter goods from regional farms in collaboration with the Southern Harvest Association.

Barrio Coffee Collective – Selling a full retail range of coffee beans, hot sauces, condiments and locally made ceramics, as well as hot coffee and chai to drink.

Local Spirits
 Ambrosia Distillery – Local distillery based at Dairy Road making high quality flavoured spirits. Andrew and the team will be selling hot toddys at the market.
Hold Fast Distillery – Braidwood distillery based in the Historic Braidwood Hotel, making nautically inspired gins, vodka and whisky.
Riverbourne Distillery – The natural spring waters, climate and mountainous environment produce spirits with a unique flavour profile distinctive to the Captain’s Flat region. The distillery currently has over 15,000 Litres of rum and whisky ageing in French and American oak casks (a minimum of 3 years) and have different representations of whisky available now.
Clarke & Kealy Distillery – Local Gin distiller featuring truffles in 2 varieties!
Community Stalls
Canberra Seed Savers Co-op – Learn about the importance and joy of saving seeds to create a vibrant garden suited for the Canberra climate. Also running ‘seedy craft’ for kids and selling local seeds
Canberra City Farm – Local community garden with education and demonstration gardens. They’ll be selling tea towels and preserves.

Pacawoolly – Alpaca fibre and beautiful handmade garments from Michelago. Yarn, beanies, shawls, hand warmers, scarves, toys etc all made from alpaca fibre.
Jo Made It – Local artist making original artworks and accessories
Resin Doll Designs – Unique resin designs and hair accessories are fully hand sewn, hand cast and hand painted to ensure everyone has their own piece of wearable art!

Intrepidus Wines – Chrissy Smiths makes wines that are each a little off the beaten track: “I try to experiment with her wines to learn as much as I can, from the varieties I have to play with, while still producing quality wines in the bottle.”
Quarry Hill Wines – Quarry Hill is a boutique, family owned and run vineyard situated just outside Canberra and is part of the Canberra cool-climate district. The vineyard was established by Professor Deane Terrell after he completed his tenure as Vice Chancellor of the ANU.
Sapling Yard Wines – Grown in these inspiring cool climate surroundings, Sapling Yard produces wines of great flavor and elegance which reflect the natural beauty of the land. Our wines are made with dedication, precision, authenticity and passion, which is clearly displayed in the quality of the wine. We love what we do, and it shows across our range of wines, all with character and of superior quality.
McKellar Ridge Wines – McKellar Ridge Estate is a boutique winery and vineyard producing premium award-winning handcrafted wines that exhibit the unique characteristics of the Canberra cool-climate region: fresh fruit flavours, distinctive spiciness, crisp acidity. Husband and wife team John and Marina Sekoranja are the winemakers and owners of this highly regarded winery who are passionate in their pursuit to craft exceptionally elegant wines of distinction.
Sassafras Wines – Sassafras Wines is a Canberra-based producer of ancestral method sparkling wine, as well as some table wines from Italian grape varieties. Paul Starr is the person behind the label. The wines are now made at Nick O’Leary’s shed in the Hall area of the Canberra wine region.
Sholto Wines – A boutique wine label focused on alternative wine styles.
Vineyard 1207 – Vineyard 1207 is a boutique winery nestled on a sheltered slope in the heart of Murrumbateman Cool Climate Wine country producing outstanding handcrafted products.
Wallaroo Estate Wines – Wallaroo Estate produces some of the best fruit in the Canberra Region; supplying iconic wine makers in the Canberra District and beyond with premium grapes. Wines range from gold medal winning Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon as well as classic and elegant Riesling and Sparkling wines. The vineyard was planted in 1996 by Foreign Correspondent Philip Williams and former journalist and political staffer Carolyn Jack.Â
